*Dugat-Py Pommard La Levrière Tres Vieilles Vignes
Περιγραφή
90-92 The Wine Advocate, January 2020 Week 2
Loïc Dugat-Py began the harvest with the 2018 Pommard La Levrière, and this is the ripest cuvée in the cellar at 13.5% alcohol. Offering up aromas of cherries, plums and red berries mingled with nuances of espresso roast -always, says Loïc, a signature of this cuvée that emerges during fermentation—smoked meats and spices, it’s medium to full-bodied, succulent and fine-boned, with a deep core of fruit and impressive structural elegance. This was vinified with 50% whole cluster and matured in 40% new oak.
